That’s exactly why there are two size options. Choose them independently — no extra charge for larger sizes.

Embroidered — real thread stitched into the fabric. It won’t peel, crack or fade the way printed designs do after a few washes.

Every set is stitched after you order. Dispatch in 3–4 working days, then 2–5 days to reach you. Metro cities are usually quicker. Customised orders may take little longer upto 12-15 days to dispatch.

No — we’re prepaid only. Every set is embroidered to order rather than picked off a shelf, so nothing exists until you pay and we start stitching. Paying upfront is what lets us make a piece just for you.

You can pay by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or wallet. Every payment runs through a secure gateway — we never see or store your card details.

For our standard designs, you get a free size exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the hoodie is unworn and unwashed. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange the pickup.

Personalised pieces can’t be exchanged. Anything embroidered with your names, initials or a date is stitched only for you and can’t go back into stock. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering one — and if you’re unsure, WhatsApp us your height and usual size first. We’d much rather help you pick right than have you stuck with the wrong fit.
