Processing Time🕛

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days. Custom and embroidered pieces are lovingly made to order, so they may take a little longer usually  8-12 business days before dispatch.

Delivery Time📦

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered across India within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking📝

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also use the Track Order link in our menu anytime to check the status.

Incorrect Address❌

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately and we'll try to help before dispatch.

Delays🕛

While we do our best to ship on time, occasional delays can happen due to weather, festivals, or courier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out and we'll track it down for you.

Courier 🚚

For every delivery there will be only 3 attempts. If delivery partner failed to deliver the parcel due to any reason, RTO will be marked and if there is an issue at customer end For Product Reshipment If gets Return to us , Charges will be applied for RE-DELIVERY.
