Custom & Personalised Items

Items with custom names, dates, initials, or photos are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. We're sure you understand  they're one of a kind, just like you. 🤍

Customise Orders Can get Sometimes Mislead From our Side , You Can obtain Exchange For That You can Complaint , Our employee Can provide you Details for Sending Back  that product , We do not provide Return Service Thats why Customer need to ship Back the Product to us. We Do Not Provide any sort of Courier Amount for sending the product Back to us.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and opening. We'll arrange a replacement .

📸 Tip: Please record an unboxing video when opening your parcel — it helps us resolve any damage claims quickly and smoothly!

How to Request a Return

If refund is available in any case Refund Timeline will be :

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

*Products Purchased in Sale  and coupon discounts are not available for return and Exchange . Please order accordingly
