How long does shipping take?
Most orders are dispatched within 3-5 days and delivered across India within 8-9 business days. Customized and embroidered pieces may take as little as 15-18 days to dispatch since they're made just for you. 🤍
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
Can I customize my set with names or dates?
Absolutely!! That's our specialty! You can add initials, names, dates, or even your photo to many of our pieces. Just look for the "Custom" options or contact us with your idea.
What sizes do you offer?
Our matching sets come in a range of sizes from S to XXL. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements to find your perfect fit.
What's your return & exchange policy?
Since many of our pieces are custom-made just for you, we handle returns case by case. Custom/personalised pieces can't be returned unless there's a defect.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also use the "Track Order" link in our menu anytime.
How do I wash my matching clothing set?
To keep your embroidery looking fresh: machine wash cold, inside out, and avoid bleach. Air dry when possible. Treat it with love and it'll last for years. 🤍
Can I order for a group or bulk?
