As every custom embroidery piece is made especially for you, we require 8–9 business days to design, embroider, and dispatch your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

Wash Care

To keep your custom embroidered piece looking its best for years to come:

* Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle using cold water.
* Turn the garment inside out before washing to help protect the embroidery.
* Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
* Do not wring or scrub directly on the embroidered area.
* Air dry in the shade. Avoid tumble drying whenever possible.
* If ironing is needed, iron the garment inside out or place a cloth over the embroidery. Do not iron directly on the embroidered design.
